The anatomical and emotional focus of each week is as follows:
Week 1: HIPS (creativity, disconnection, guilt)
Week 2: TWISTS (discipline, motivation, shame)
Week 3: INVERSIONS (confidence, curiosity, fear)
Week 4: BACKBENDS (joy, vulnerability, grief)
Each week is structured like so:
Day 1: Quick Vinyasa
Day 2: Full Vinyasa
Day 3: Yinyasa
Day 4: Meditation
These classes can be practiced in any order. I encourage you to intuitively gravitate towards the sequence that your emotional body needs first.
Come as you are, I'll be offering modifications and variations throughout each flow.
