4-Week Backbend Series
This 4-week backbend yoga series is designed to help you establish a strong foundation for your practice and build strength and flexibility. Each week we will focus on properly aligning, strengthening, and opening the body to practice backbends with ease.
This is an Intermediate level series.
The intention of this series is to increase strength, flexibility, and functional mobility through a blend of backbend-focused drills and full flows. Additionally, we will work on matters of the heart by exploring themes each week both on and off the mat with meditations, pranayamas, and journal prompts.
