This is an open-level series.
Partner Yoga Series is designed to help you experience familiar shapes in a new way through partner work. This program is a great way to connect with your partner, friend, or family through mindful movement.
It is important to take these classes in order, as you MUST warm up before entering deeper backbends and Peak Postures offered.
You can expect a thorough and effective warmup, spicy Peak Postures, and a delicious cooldown, plus a partner meditation. Although this is a full-body experience, we will primarily be working into opening the chest, shoulders, and core through safe, supported backbends.
Please bring two sturdy blocks if you tend to be tighter in the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and/or chest.
